Turkey Crunch Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 cups turkey, diced and cooked (or chicken or ham)
- 2 cups hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 3/4 cup celery, diced
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken soup
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- chow mein noodles or crushed potato chips
Recipe
- 1 mix turkey, eggs, mushrooms, celery, walnuts and onion.
- 2 cream together soup and mayo, toss with the above ingredients.
- 3 top with noodles or chips.
- 4 bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
