- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 potatoes, sliced 18pts
- 2 cups kale, washed well torn up 0pts
- 2 (14 ounce) cans fat free chicken broth, 0pts
- 2 garlic cloves or 2 fresh crushed garlic, 0pts
- 1 onion, chopped 0pts
- 2 cups skim milk, 8 pts

Recipe
- 1 in a big soup pot.
- 2 cook ground turkey with 1/2 tsp black pepper, ground sage, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion salt, red pepper flakes, and salt.
