Tuna Bake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (6 ounce) canned tuna, flaked and drained (use meat)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1/3 cup water or 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 hardboiled egg, sliced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 (2 7/8 ounce) can french-fried onions

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients with 3/4 cup onions in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  • 2 sprinkle more onions on top to crisp.
  • 3 bake at 375 degrees, about 20 minutes.
