Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 cups tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
Recipe
- 1 cook onion in butter until tender. add tomato juice and salt; bring to a boil. add orange juice and heat to serving temperature. serve, garnished with slice of lemon.
