Southwest Bean Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can corn
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- water
Recipe
- 1 saute onion and carrots until tender.
- 2 in a large pot, add all ingredients including carrots and onion.
- 3 add water to barely cover ingredients.
- 4 bring to boil; reduce heat to warm. cook for two hours.
- 5 serve with corn bread!
