Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb italian sausage
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 10 cups water
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb potato, sliced
- 1/4 bunch kale
Recipe
- 1 saute the sausage; drain and let cool.
- 2 saute garlic, onion and red pepper flakes.
- 3 add bouillon and water; boil.
- 4 add potatoes, and cook until almost tender.
- 5 add chopped kale, and sausage, and serve.
