Zuppa Toscana

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb italian sausage
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 10 cups water
  • 5 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb potato, sliced
  • 1/4 bunch kale

Recipe

  • 1 saute the sausage; drain and let cool.
  • 2 saute garlic, onion and red pepper flakes.
  • 3 add bouillon and water; boil.
  • 4 add potatoes, and cook until almost tender.
  • 5 add chopped kale, and sausage, and serve.
