Spinach Vegetable Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 1 cup reduced-fat swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package knorr vegetable soup mix
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (9 inch) frozen pie crusts
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven and baking sheet to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix eggs, milk, cheese, spinach, and soup mix.
- 3 shape crust into pie plate, and pour mixture into pie crust.
- 4 bake for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
