Spinach Vegetable Pie

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 cup reduced-fat swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (9 inch) frozen pie crusts

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven and baking sheet to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix eggs, milk, cheese, spinach, and soup mix.
  • 3 shape crust into pie plate, and pour mixture into pie crust.
  • 4 bake for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
