- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream-style cottage cheese, small curd
- 1 tablespoon onion soup mix, dry
- 1/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 cook spinach in 1/4 cup water just till tender. do not salt the water.
- 2 drain thoroughly, pressing out liquid.
- 3 stir in cottage cheese and soup mix.
- 4 cook over low heat stirring occasionally until mixture is hot.
