• 1 lb bulk lamb sausage
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 cans sliced potatoes, drained
• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 brown the lamb sausage in a pan, or in the microwave. drain.
• 2 mix next 5 ingredients in large bowl. gently stir in sliced potatoes and cooked sausage.
