Ingredients
- 1 lb dried black-eyed peas, sorted and rinsed
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves (minced or pressed)
- 1 bay leaf
- 12 ounces salt lamb
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans low sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 1. rinse and sort peas in colander.
- 2 2. place all ingredients in crockpot.
- 3 3. cook at least 7 hours.
- 4 4. remove salt lamb and bay leaf.
