Tuna Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (5 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 (6 ounce) can solid tuna in water, drained, and flaked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can english peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup tiny fish-shaped cracker

Recipe

  • 1 cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  • 2 stir in soup and next 6 ingredients. pour into a lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • 4 sprinkle casserole with crackers and bake an additional 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
