Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 -1 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup or 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup or 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
- 1 (26 ounce) package tater tots
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 brown the meat and onion in a pan and drain off the fat.
- 3 warm the soup in a pan, add 1 cup cheese and stir until melted.
- 4 add the meat to the cheese and soup mixture.
- 5 in a casserole pan put a layer of tater tots on the bottom.
- 6 spoon the meat mixture over top, and then a layer of tater tots.
- 7 bake in oven for 20 minutes, sprinkle with remaining cheese and cook for another 10 -15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
