Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (30 ounce) package frozen tater tots
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 -2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to temperature indicated on tater tot bag.
- 2 peel, cut or chop onion add to hamburger as browning (optional).
- 3 brown and drain hamburger.
- 4 in a large glass casserole dish combine hamburger, cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup of milk and frozen mixed vegetables.
- 5 stir until well mixed.
- 6 place frozen tater tots on top of casserole (make sure they are evenly spread).
- 7 bake 45-60 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and the rest of the dish is heated through.
- 8 about 10 minutes before the dish is finished, sprinkle the cheese on top and finish cooking.
