Tater Casserole For 10

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup onion, miced
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream (with chives)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cups crushed potato chips
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Recipe
- 1 defrost the potatoes.
- 2 combine the butter, salt, pepper, soup& sour cream.
- 3 mix hash browns with the onion, celery and cheese.
- 4 mix in the soup mixture.
- 5 pour into a greased 9x12" casserole dish.
- 6 mix butter& chips and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
- 7 bake for 45 minutes in a 350f oven or until the topping is golden.
