Tater Casserole For 10

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup onion, miced
  • 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream (with chives)
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Recipe

  • 1 defrost the potatoes.
  • 2 combine the butter, salt, pepper, soup& sour cream.
  • 3 mix hash browns with the onion, celery and cheese.
  • 4 mix in the soup mixture.
  • 5 pour into a greased 9x12" casserole dish.
  • 6 mix butter& chips and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
  • 7 bake for 45 minutes in a 350f oven or until the topping is golden.
