Ingredients
- 2 lbs turkey breast
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup carrot, diced
- 1 onion, medium minced
- 5 ounces shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup celery, diced
Recipe
- 1 boil turkey in water until cooked.
- 2 cool and shred meat then add carrots, onion, celery, mushrooms, garlic and thyme to shredded turkey and broth. cook until vegetables are done.
- 3 add vinegar before serving (vinegar acts as a flavor enhancer).
