Wild Rice Soup

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup brummel and brown spread
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups fat-free evaporated milk
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken

Recipe

  • 1 saute onion, celery and carrots in brummel and brown.
  • 2 reduce heat add flour.
  • 3 gradually add other ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender about 1/2 hour.
