Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 cup brummel and brown spread
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups fat-free evaporated milk
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken
Recipe
- 1 saute onion, celery and carrots in brummel and brown.
- 2 reduce heat add flour.
- 3 gradually add other ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender about 1/2 hour.
