Spicy Turkey And Corn Chili

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn
- 2 (15 ounce) cans mexican-style stewed tomatoes
- 2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large casserole, heat oil. add turkey, onions and green pepper and cook over medium high heat, stirring often, until meat is no longer pink, about 4 minutes.
- 2 add chili powder and oregano and cook for 1 minute.
- 3 add corn, tomatoes, beans, chicken broth, 1 ½ cups water and salt and pepper.
