Roasted Tomato Soup With Garlic

- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 (15 ounce) cans diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- 6 cups low sodium vegetable broth
- 6 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
