Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 10 ounces spinach, thawed and drained
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 6 ounces water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 4 -5 green onions, chopped
- 1 5/8 ounces vegetable soup mix
- 1 lb hawaiian bread
Recipe
- 1 combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, green onions, and soup mix in a medium mixing bowl, stirring well.
- 2 cover and chill at least 6 hours.
- 3 using a gentle sawing motion, cut vertically to, but not through, bottom of loaf, 1/2 inch from edge.
- 4 lift out center of loaf and cut bread into 1 inch cubes and set aside.
- 5 fill hollowed bread loaf with dip and serve with bread cubes.
