Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (1/2 lb) container sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup sherry wine
- 1/2 package onion soup mix
Recipe
- 1 melt margarine and sherry together in skillet.
- 2 mix in onion soup mix, then add mushrooms.
- 3 saute until mushrooms are at your preferred texture.
- 4 we like them still a little crisp-- not all shrunken up!
