Sauteed Mushrooms

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (1/2 lb) container sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup sherry wine
  • 1/2 package onion soup mix

Recipe

  • 1 melt margarine and sherry together in skillet.
  • 2 mix in onion soup mix, then add mushrooms.
  • 3 saute until mushrooms are at your preferred texture.
  • 4 we like them still a little crisp-- not all shrunken up!
