Spinach Dip In A Bread Basket

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 cups light sour cream
• 180 g water chestnuts, drained and chopped
• 40 g sachet onion soup mix
• 1 (300 g) box frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
• 1 loaf , break (round)

Recipe

• 1 slice a lid off the top of the bread and scoop out the inside. tear the inside bits into bite sized pieces.
• 2 mix together the remaining ingredients and put into the hollowed out bread.
• 3 serve on a plate surrounded by the bread pieces for dipping.
