Tomato Pulsu

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 5 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 onions, cut
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons tamarind juice
  • salt
  • curry leaf
  • mustard seeds
  • jeera powder

Recipe

  • 1 in a vessel, add diced tomatoes, onions and garlic.
  • 2 add 1cup water, chilli powder, salt and tamrind juice and allow it to boil for few minutes untill they are all cooked.
  • 3 take it out from the heat and allow it to cool.
  • 4 now blend them in a mixie for couple of seconds.
  • 5 heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and jeera and curry leaves.
  • 6 now add the blended soup to the pan and allow to boil for couple of minutes.
  • 7 serve hot with rice.
