Stinger's Chile

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (48 ounce) jar great northern beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar pace picante sauce
  • 3 large chicken breasts
  • 1 garlic clove (minced )
  • 1 medium onion (diced )
  • 1 green pepper (diced )
  • 1 pint half-and-half
  • 1 soup size can chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag monterey jack cheese, mozz or 1 (16 ounce) bag smoked provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lawreys seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, saute chicken , onions, and peppers, garlic in 2 tbls oilve oil.
  • 2 then combine all other ingredients in a large dutch oven, on 300 degrees,for 45 minute to one hour. temp should be 120 degrees when done,remember the chicken is already cooked.
  • 3 or in a crock pot on low for two hours.
