Stinger's Chile

Ingredients
- 1 (48 ounce) jar great northern beans
- 1 (16 ounce) jar pace picante sauce
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 1 garlic clove (minced )
- 1 medium onion (diced )
- 1 green pepper (diced )
- 1 pint half-and-half
- 1 soup size can chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 (16 ounce) bag monterey jack cheese, mozz or 1 (16 ounce) bag smoked provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon lawreys seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, saute chicken , onions, and peppers, garlic in 2 tbls oilve oil.
- 2 then combine all other ingredients in a large dutch oven, on 300 degrees,for 45 minute to one hour. temp should be 120 degrees when done,remember the chicken is already cooked.
- 3 or in a crock pot on low for two hours.
