Susan's Winter Potato Soup Plus

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 tablespoons chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen broccoli
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 (12 ounce) cans campbells cream of potato soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 ounces monterey jack cheese
Recipe
- 1 saute onions in margarine until tender.
- 2 add next 6 ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.
- 3 add soup and milk cook on low until heated through.
- 4 add cheeses 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
