Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 3 sprigs mint (leaves only)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a pan heat the peas and chicken stock together and once boiling take off the heat.
- 2 blend in the blender until smooth with the mint.
- 3 add salt and pepper and enjoy enjoy enjoy!
