Spinach Casserole Dee-lish!

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (10 -15 ounce) boxes of chopped spinach (i prefer fresh)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can any other cream soup
  • salt and pepper (optional)
  • 1 dash nutmeg (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 cook spinach until done, drain well, return to pan.
  • 2 over a low heat, stir in chunks of cream cheese and the cream of chicken soup
  • 3 keep stirring and heating until all ingredients are melted into a creamy mixture
  • 4 can be served from the pan, but better if baked at 350°f for approximately ten minutes.
