- 3 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- pepper
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 saute the three vegetables in 1/4 cup butter until tender crisp.
- 2 add the milk and cream of chicken soup.
- 3 heat thoroughly but do not boil.
- 4 when ready to serve, sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
