Speedy Weeknight Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup, condensed undiluted
- 1 (16 ounce) can french style green beans, drained
- 4 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 cups baking mix (such as bisquick)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 450*f.
- 2 mix tomatoes, soup, beans, chicken, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and dried parsley flakes in ungreased 13x9x2-inch pan, or 2-quart casserole dish.
- 3 mix baking mix and milk together. pour evenly over chicken mixture. sprinkle with cheese and rest of seasonings.
- 4 bake 25 to 27 minutes, or until crust is light golden brown and cheese is melted.
