Speedy Weeknight Chicken Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup, condensed undiluted
  • 1 (16 ounce) can french style green beans, drained
  • 4 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 2 cups baking mix (such as bisquick)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 450*f.
  • 2 mix tomatoes, soup, beans, chicken, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and dried parsley flakes in ungreased 13x9x2-inch pan, or 2-quart casserole dish.
  • 3 mix baking mix and milk together. pour evenly over chicken mixture. sprinkle with cheese and rest of seasonings.
  • 4 bake 25 to 27 minutes, or until crust is light golden brown and cheese is melted.
