Ingredients
- 2 liters meat broth
- 2 tablespoons of fresh butter
- 5 tablespoons semolina
- salt
Recipe
- 1 bring broth to boil and then add gradually the semolina, stirring constantly until it is totally dissolved.
- 2 cover saucepan and boil soup for 15 minutes.
- 3 remove any foam from the soup while boiling it.
- 4 when ready, remove from heat, add butter stir and serve.
