- 2 cups macaroni noodles (cooked & drained)
- 10 1/2 cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup low-fat milk (or use 2/3c evaporated milk)
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 cup velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 1 tablespoon butter (unsalted)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients & pour into a casserole dish.
- 2 bake at 350 for 30mins.
