Souper Easy Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast half, cubed
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbells campbell southwest-style pepper jack soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • pace picante sauce (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 cook chicken in nonstick skillet until done and juices evapotate, stirring often.
  • 3 add soup and water and heat through.
  • 4 spoon about 1/3 cup chicken on half of each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge.
  • 5 moisten edge with water. fold over and seal.
  • 6 place on 2 cookie sheets.
  • 7 bake 5 minutes or until hot.
  • 8 cut into wedges and serve with salsa.
