Spaetzle

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 ea. eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 8 ounces all-purpose flour
  • 1 chavrie goat cheese (5.3 oz. pyramid)
  • 2 ounces butter
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley. mix well.
  • 2 work in the flour and chavrie® by hand to form a smooth consistency.
