Tater Tot Hotdish

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
  • 3 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 16 kraft 2% american cheese singles
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • season-all salt
  • 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 (8 ounce) can green beans

Recipe

  • 1 in a pan, brown hamburger, add chopped onion, add sliced mushrooms, add season all, salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 in baking dish add three cans soup, milk, soy sauce and worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  • 3 put frozen tator tots into that mix.
  • 4 top with hamburger mix from pan (drain fat first).
  • 5 layer on can of drained green beans.
  • 6 layer cheese slices on top.
  • 7 garnish with parsley flakes.
  • 8 bake, covered with foil at 375 for 30 minutes
  • 9 remove foil and bake 15 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned.
