Super Easy Egg Flower Soup

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 bring stock to a boil then simmer.
  • 2 slowly stir in beaten egg until soup thickens.
  • 3 add salt pepper according to taste.
