Taco Bean Soup

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground deer meat or 1 lb beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans (or any bean)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kernel corn
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel chilies and tomatoes
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can water (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 chop onion and brown with meat then drain. put back into the pan and mix 1/2 the packet of taco seasoning and 1/2 packet of ranch dressing with the meat.
  • 2 put all the rest of the ingredients into a large pot. do not drain any of the cans. you can add a can of water depending on how you like it. heat through, approx 10 minute
  • 3 then you can eat it with tortillas and shredded cheese.
