Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
- 1 remove the leaves from the cauliflower head.
- 2 steam the cauliflower head in a large pan over simmering water approximately 25-30 minutes until a fork easily pierces the head.
- 3 meanwhile, in a separate pan, blend the soup with 1/2 can of water.
- 4 heat until warm.
- 5 place the cooked cauliflower into a bowl.
- 6 pour the mushroom sauce over the cauliflower.
