Saucy Cauliflower

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Recipe

  • 1 remove the leaves from the cauliflower head.
  • 2 steam the cauliflower head in a large pan over simmering water approximately 25-30 minutes until a fork easily pierces the head.
  • 3 meanwhile, in a separate pan, blend the soup with 1/2 can of water.
  • 4 heat until warm.
  • 5 place the cooked cauliflower into a bowl.
  • 6 pour the mushroom sauce over the cauliflower.
