Ingredients
- 5 fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 green onion
- 30 ounces tomato juice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
Recipe
- 1 mix tomatoes, milk, onion, basil together and purée in blender.
- 2 pour into sauce pan and add salt and butter.
- 3 simmer very low for 2 hours.
