Starving Artist/college Student Frittata

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 ounce) can soup (i like campbell's chunky chicken and sausage gumbo)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 pour soup in medium mixing bowl, add eggs, and mix together.
  • 2 in a medium to large oven-capable skillet, grease the pan and pour mixture into the pan.
  • 3 cook on low to medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
  • 4 set oven to broil, sprinkle cheese on top of frittata and stick pan on middle rack to broil for 5 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
  • 5 cut into wedges, let cool, and serve.
