Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (15 ounce) can soup (i like campbell's chunky chicken and sausage gumbo)
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 pour soup in medium mixing bowl, add eggs, and mix together.
- 2 in a medium to large oven-capable skillet, grease the pan and pour mixture into the pan.
- 3 cook on low to medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
- 4 set oven to broil, sprinkle cheese on top of frittata and stick pan on middle rack to broil for 5 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
- 5 cut into wedges, let cool, and serve.
