Spicy Mango Ginger Soup (raw Food)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 large mango, peeled, destoned
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 -2 small chili pepper, minced (or to taste)
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in blender & process until smooth & creamy, adding more water, if needed.
  • 2 chill before serving.
