Ingredients

- 1 large mango, peeled, destoned
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 -2 small chili pepper, minced (or to taste)
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in blender & process until smooth & creamy, adding more water, if needed.
- 2 chill before serving.
