- 1 onion
- 2 (400 g) cans chopped tomatoes with chili
- 500 g passata
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 100 g arborio risotto rice
Recipe
- 1 cook onion in oil.
- 2 add tomatoes, sugar and 500ml water and bring to the boil.
- 3 sprinkle in the rice and stir.
- 4 season and simmer, partially covered for 15-20 minutes or until rice is cooked and tender, stirring occasionally.
