Tuna Noodle Stroganoff

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 1/2 ounces tuna, drained
  • 3 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • pepper (to taste)
  • hot cooked egg noodles
  • grated romano cheese (optional) or parmesan cheese (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine first three ingredients.
  • 2 bring to boil.
  • 3 reduce heat to low.
  • 4 stir in sour cream and pepper. heat but do not boil.
  • 5 serve over hot, cooked egg noodles.
  • 6 serve with grated romano or parmesan cheese if desired.
