Shwartz Potatoes

Ingredients

• 2 lbs frozen potatoes (1 bag)
• 500 ml sour cream
• 1/2 cup graded onion
• 20 ounces cream of mushroom soup
• 2 cups graded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup butter

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 f.
• 2 thaw potatoes.
• 3 mix together potatoes, sour cream, onion, mushroom soup and cheddar cheese.
• 4 place ingredients in 9*13 baking dish.
• 5 melt butter and pour over mixture, mix inches.
• 6 bake for 1 1/2 hours.
