Zucchini Bake

Ingredients

• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 4 cups sliced zucchini
• 1 cup shredded carrot
• 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
• 2 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
• 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted

Recipe

• 1 in 2 quart shallow baking dish (12x8x2) combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter.
• 2 toss stuffing mix with butter, spoon over vegetable mixture.
• 3 bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.
