Taco Bake

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
• 1 cup salsa
• 1/2 cup milk
• 8 corn tortillas or 6 flour tortillas, cut into pieces
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

• 1 brown ground beef. drain fat.
• 2 add tomato soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and 1/2 cup cheese. stir.
• 3 spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish and cover.
• 4 bake at 400 degreens f for 30 minutes. sprinkle with remaining cheese.
• 5 serve and enjoy!
