- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 2 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in lightly oiled crockpot.
- 2 cover and cook on low for 6-10 hours.
