Tuna Noodle And Pea Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) box elbow macaroni, prepared according to package
- 4 cups milk
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
- 10 ounces canned tuna, drained
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a medium saucepan. add flour, salt, and pepper. cook for 3-5 minutes. (until slightly thick) set aside. 1 (12 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, prepared may be substituted.
- 2 place noodles in the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch pan. top with frozen peas, then tuna.
- 3 pour cream soup over noodles, peas, and tuna.
- 4 top with cheddar cheese.
- 5 bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
