Salsa Soup

Total Time: 4 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 tablespoons salsa, chunky
  • 6 ounces low-sodium v8 juice
  • 2 tablespoons monterey jack cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 mix salsa and v-8 in a microwave dish.
  • 2 heat for 3 minutes (times my vary).
  • 3 top with cheese (optional).
