Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (i prefer red ones)
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 (53 ounce) can lamb and beans
- 4 (15 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 saute onions and bell pepper in margarine. add remaining ingredients. cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
