traditional bean soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 kg beans
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 6 soft tortillas
  • cream
  • 2 chiles guajillos
  • cheese
  • 1 clove garlic

Recipe

  • 1 cook the beans, in the express cooker, put the beans, the water, the onion, and 1 garlic clove.
