Squash & Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked squash
- 2 cups cooked crumbled cornbread
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 chopped bell pepper (optional)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook onion, pepper and squash with half of butter until tender.
- 2 mix soup, eggs, cornbread together in large bowl.
- 3 add squash to bread mixture.
- 4 add rest of butter.
- 5 add salt and pepper.
- 6 stir well.
- 7 put in baking dish
- 8 heat on 375
- 9 just until heated through.
